Novels AI grants you permission to use AI-generated audiobooks created using the Service for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the audiobooks complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes, or to transmit, store, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or any networks connected to the Service.

6. Termination

Novels AI reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason or no reason, and without any liability to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Novels AI disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
